Our Return Policy

We appreciate our customers at Tropaholic, and we want your shopping experience to be easy and carefree. Just like in the Islands! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days upon receiving the package (items must be in new, unworn, unused condition with tags attached in the same manner as when received).

We offer EASY Exchanges. Orders with Clothing items ship free to USA & it’s territories. Other items carry low cost shipping.

Exchange Instructions

If you did not see the size / item you need, please e-mail or call us. We can usually get just about any item you may come across from our suppliers at great prices! Please ask!

  1. Place a new order on the website.
  2. Fill out the exchange information on the bottom of the Packing Slip included in your pkg. Circle the item(s) for exchange. (You may exchange for any item on our website.)
  3. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. USA only: We will provide a postage paid label upon request. 1 to 3 items label cost is $6.99 – 4 or more exchange items label cost is $9.99 which will deducted from your refund. Or you can return the items yourself just be sure to insure the pkg. as we are not responsible if it is lost in transit. (International customers: We do not have a way to produce International exchange labels. You will have to arrange exchange shipping yourself. So sorry)
  4. Upon receipt of your exchange, we will credit your account within 2-5 business days for the product purchase amount.
  5. If you do not want to make a new purchase at this time you may request a credit. Credits will receive a gift certificate via e-mail. You have up to 1 year to use your credit.

Return Instructions

  1. Fill out the return information at the bottom of the enclosed Invoice. Circle the item(s) for return on your Invoice. Mail the completed invoice with your returns.
  2. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. USA only: We will provide a postage paid label upon request. 1 to 3 items label cost is $6.99 – 4 or more return items label cost is  $9.99 which will deducted from your refund.  Or you can return the items yourself just be sure to insure the pkg. as we are not responsible if it is lost in transit. (International: We do not have a way to produce International return labels. You will have to arrange return shipping for yourself. )
  3. .  Upon receipt of your return items, we will credit your account less original shipping costs on a pro-rata basis – if not already paid by customer. (example: if you ordered 2 items for size comparison & kept 1 with free shipping we will refund customer in full – less return label.) Refunds will be processed in 2-5 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Returns of 5 or more items will incur a 3% credit card processor fee as card processors do not refund us for fees charged to original pmt.

Please Note:

  • Items to be exchanged or returned must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. (Any items received after 30 days will receive a site credit, anything returned after 60 days will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.)
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of a site credit. Gift Certificates are credited back on gift certificate. (Site Credits are good for 1 year & single order use.)
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error. E-mail or call us before returning item shipped in error so we can make arrangements.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, unused condition with tags attached in the same manner as originally received. Please neatly fold your items. Returns received balled up or shoved into packaging will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred by Tropaholic.

Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Items

The following items are not refundable or exchangeable:

  • Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
    Returns received in damaged or worn condition, or without tags attached in the same manner and fasteners as when received.
  • Hair flowers.
  • All items listed in Party Supply Section.
  • Jewelry that has their quality tabs removed.
  • Shoes and Sandals in worn condition with tags removed.
  • Bulk Orders. (Exchanges can be made for minimal items in the order. Contact us.) *Bulk orders are defined as orders with 9 or more similar items.
