Price Match Guarantee
We offer Price Match Guarantee. Tropaholic.com will price match if you find a lower price on an identical available product at another competitor’s online retail store, only at the time of purchase. An identical item is the same brand, style, material, color, size, etc.
Shipping charges are included in price match. We offer free shipping on clothing shipped in the U.S.A. and on other items when a specific dollar amount is reached.
This will affect the “price match guarantee” price. Details below:
- If your Tropaholic order received free USA shipping and the competitor offers free USA shipping then we will price match the item.
- If your Tropaholic order received free USA shipping and the competitor does not offer free USA shipping then we will take into consideration the appropriate cost of shipping the item to you. Generally $8 for USA Domestic Shipping of clothing & $10 for Bulky large items.
- For International orders we only price match the item to other online Retail Competitors. We do not account for shipping.
Exclusions: Tropaholic will not price match competitors items that are:
- Sale, clearance, flash sale, or closeout items.
- Sold on auction sites.
- Non US retailer.
At checkout, please note the following in “Order Notes”:
- Price Match Item (Tropaholic Full Item Name)
- Competitor’s Full Item Name
- Direct Website Link to Competitor’s Item
- Competitors Item Price
We will notify you via e-mail as to weather the price match was accepted.

Our business is located in Florida. We charge required Florida excise tax of 6.0% for Florida residents. There is no tax on all orders that originate and are delivered outside Florida at this time.
Receipts / Invoices
Click into “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site then click “Order Status” to print invoices.
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
