You should receive a tracking number by the evening your order ships. In order to expedite your order we may ship from different locations. If you do not receive a tracking number you may call or e-mail us for expected time of arrival. Usually you will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days after you receive our shipping notice. First Class mail only provides shipping and arrival information. There is no transit information available for First Class mail. Please e-mail or call Tropaholic with any concerns.

We offer Free shipping on all orders with clothing to all US Destinations including Hawaii and Alaska. Any items combined with clothing automatically receive free shipping through system default. Simply choose Free Shipping in Drop Down box during checkout.
All other items (accessories, belts, sandals, party supplies etc.) require a total purchase amount of $75 to receive free shipping. When choosing any of these items simply choose the best shipping option for your needs in the Drop Down box at checkout.
Tropaholic ships most orders the same day, if received by 2:00 pm EST, or the following business day, as long as the items are in stock.
We try to maintain inventory on all our items. However, from time to time we may experience the need to place some items on back-order. We will notify you within 24 hrs by e-mail if the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock and when you can expect shipment. (Most of our items take only 3 to 5 business days to restock. Some items in production take 2 to 3 weeks to restock.). If you can’t wait for the item to be restocked we will be happy to assist you in choosing a more than suitable alternative or cancel the item from your order.

International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately, we can not mark your package as a “gift” or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. It is illegal and we could be subject to heavy fines. Please note: We have no control over your package once it leaves our warehouse. We insure all packages, but you must make every effort to give complete and accurate shipping information.

There is no tax on all orders that originate and are delivered outside of Florida at this time. We charge required Florida excise tax of 6.0% for Florida residents, since our business is located in Florida.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Gift Wrapping and Gift Certificates
We charge $6.00 per item for gift-wrapping. When you check out, you will have an option to have your order gift wrapped and can enter a brief message to the recipient that you want included along with the gift.
Note: If you would like to include just a gift message, we will be happy to do that free of charge!

Coupons can not be combined. However most offers may be combined with free shipping for clothing.
