Free Shipping

We offer Free shipping on all orders with clothing to all US Destinations including Hawaii and Alaska. Any items combined with clothing automatically receive free shipping through system default. Simply choose Free Shipping in Drop Down box on checkout.

When you spend $50 and under on all other items (accessories, belts, sandals, party supplies etc.) there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95. When choosing any of these items simply choose the best shipping option for your needs in the Drop Down box during checkout.

Shipping Times

Tropaholic ships most orders the same day, if received by 2:00pm EST, or the following business day, as long as the items are in stock.
We try to maintain inventory on all our items. However, from time to time we may experience the need to place some items on back-order.
We will notify you within 24 hrs by e-mail if the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock and when you can expect shipment. (Most of our items take only 3 to 5 business days to restock. Some items in production take 2 to 3 weeks to restock.) If you can’t wait for the item to be restocked we will be happy to assist you in choosing a more than suitable alternative or cancel the item from your order.

For special events: Please order at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

Express – Fed-Ex Express Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. It will automatically show these rates at checkout.

Important Notes for International Customers

International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately, we can not mark your package as a “gift” or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. It is illegal and we could be subject to heavy fines. Please note: We have no control over your package once it leaves our warehouse. We insure all packages, but you must make every effort to give complete and accurate shipping information.

Non-Shippable International Items
Perfumes & Colognes may not be shipped Internationally.

Do you ship to my country? What are my payment choices?

We ship to most Countries, please look for your country in the drop down box upon checkout. Here is a partial list of countries we ship to: American Samoa, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, England, Guam, Holland, India, Japan, Liechtenstein, Micronesia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, St. Martin, St. Thomas, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, US Virgin Islands. Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site.

All International payments must be made through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, one can easily be set up during check-out. We will only ship to your PayPal account address.

Shipping Information and Charges

Orders must be shipped to the Billing Address. We will not ship to any address that has not been verified by PayPal.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

*In the rare event that an item is out of stock: We will notify you when the out of stock item will be back in stock, as well as give you similar options you may substitute for.

We offer flat rate shipping for International orders as follows:

1 to 2 items = $20.00

3 to 5 items = $29.00

5 items and up = $39.00
